“How early do you decide on next year’s theme?” is a question that we get a lot.  The answer is that we actually decide on the next theme over a year beforehand.  That’s right, we decided on the 2010 Halloween house theme before we even got to Halloween 2009!  We do this so that we can take advantage of the day-after-Halloween sales and to be able to plan out which parts of this year’s theme can be re-used for next year’s theme.
