On October 31st, 2014, a fellowship of Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits, and Wizards gathered at the Albertson Halloween House to meet the hoards who came seeking treasure in Middle Earth. Some 750 trick-or-treaters made their way through the Moria gate to pillage the treasure within, leaving with gold coins, golden metal rings, gold necklaces and other trinkets and treats. Disturbed by the looting of golden treasure, Smaug the Magnificent made his self known by speaking to those who were gathered, letting them know who he believed was the true King Under the Mountain. Visitors greeted Hobbits at Bag End, exchanged pleasantries with Gandalf the Grey and did their best to avoid the roving eye of Sauron from atop his tower of Barad-dûr, deep within the realm of Mordor. It was a night of many meetings and adventures!
