On Saturday, September 12th, we hosted the second of three Community Painting Days. After the almost entirely green theme for the previous work day, this painting day saw a much larger variety of colors. In fact, you might say that we used all the colors of the rainbow. Projects painted included: Dorothy Gale’s house (grayscale), 50 feet of rainbow, the hot air balloon, and many cylindrical columns which will surround the great head of Oz.
Fun fact: In addition to our already stellar crew, we also got a visit from TED Fellow, environmentalist and educator Ana Gabela! Thanks for coming by, Ana!
